The San Diego HomeDex Report has just come out for North San Diego County and the numbers are predictable and interesting. We know there's an inventory problem, it's a seller's market with 2.2 months supply of inventory. 6 months is a more normal market. Interest rates are still low and there's lots of buyers out looking.
The median sales price year over year is up 8.8%. The percent of original price received is 98.1 % and the average number of days on market has gone down to 26 days. The telling number is that sales decreased -4.5% year over year. There's more details to be had right here.
