Oceanside stretches from the coastline going East along Hwy 76 to the towns of Fallbrook and Bonsall. West of the 5 going toward the coast, the town has done huge improvements over the years and has attracted very unique restaurants and breweries. The Oceanside Pier is the signature landmark jutting out from the shoreline with access to pedestrians. There are many rental units in the area for summertime beach visitors and vacationers. Going East, Oceanside spreads out into many different neighborhoods with most of the homes being built in the mid 80's.  There are many open spaces and places for outdoor activities.  Oceanside is a really up and coming area and seems to be improving by leaps and bounds yearly.
